All clients are required to book all appointments through the website only!
Appointments will not be booked over the phone or through social media.
PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY TO COMPLETE INTAKE FORMS, AND USE THE RESTROOM THEY ARE LOCATED IN THE BACK OF THE SUITE. CHILDREN AND ADDITIONAL GUESTS NOT BEING SERVICED MAY NOT ACCOMPANY YOU TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.
Parking: You may park anywhere in the lot. If there are no available spaces please park in the next parking lot over behind Vocelli Pizza.
Retainer: To book with Alpha Wax Loft we do require a valid credit or debit card on file. The card is not charged when booking only after your service or in the event that you are to Cancel, No Show or Reschedule in less than the required 24 hour notice.
Method of Payment: Alpha Wax Loft accepts the following methods of payment: ALL Major Credit Cards, Apple Pay, AfterPay, and Cash. No Cash App/Zelle/or Venmo electronic transfers will be accepted for payment, but are an option for tipping.
Cancellation/Rescheduling: If you must reschedule and it is before the 24 hour required notice please log into your account and change your appointment to a day and time that works for you.
If you are rescheduling and it is after the required 24 hour time frame please call us and prepare to have the cancellation fee of $25 charged to the card on file. **If the card is run and is declined Alpha Wax Loft will run the card up to 14 business days to recoup any amounts due. You will be required to call to satisfy any unsatisfied amounts prior to rebooking with Alpha Wax Loft.
Alpha Wax Loft only allows an appointment to be rescheduled up to two times. After the second reschedule you will be asked to pay a deposit of 50% of the services to confirm your appointment on the schedule.
Services: Please be advised if you book services and want to add on at the time of the appointment it must be confirmed with front desk to ensure time allows. Wax me Wednesday special : Can only be scheduled on a Wednesday. If the appointment is scheduled for another day of the week the special is void and regular pricing is incurred.
Late Policy: Please be courteous and ensure that if you are receiving service to please arrive on time for your appointment. If this will be your first appointment please arrive 8 minutes prior for paperwork. There is a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and is subject to the $25 cancellation fee. Please give us a call if you are going to be late so that we are aware.
We strive and make every effort to ensure the timeline for client services is maintained. This policy seeks to protect all those who are booking for appointments.
Please ensure that your hair is the length of a grain of rice or ¼ inch for waxing. If your hair is shorter we CANNOT wax you. The service will be stopped and 50% of the service fee will be charged.
For any reason, any acts of God including but not limited to bad weather, sickness, hurricanes, floods, global pandemics, mandatory shutdowns, fires, earthquakes, clients will be rescheduled when it is safe to restart services.
By booking your appointment you have agreed to the above Terms and Conditions. Alpha Wax Loft reserves the right to modify this agreement without notice. Alpha Wax Loft and Its staff is not responsible for advising guests of the policy that is agreed to at the time of booking.
